We just felt that it was Baba who accepted our Prasad in his form

All Sai Anugraha family members are experiencing presence of our beloved Sai in some way or the other. Read below experience shared by our family member Naresh Ekbote ji in his own words.

Om Sai ram Kishore Ji & Sai Anugraha Team,

I am Naresh Ekbote. I am part of SMS daily chanting, Chitta Nakshatra Parayan & Ganesh Chaturthi 24 hour Vayu Mandala Jap. I wanted to share our family recent experience on Ganesh Chaturthi.

Right from the day I saw Sreepada swamy murthy I was so much in love with him (I was wondering who this handsome & cute God which I have never heard off). I started reading miracles of Sreevallabha both from Sai Anugraha family and from Sreevallabha miracles page. One day I read experience of fellow devote where she used to offer Tea and food to Sreepada daily and one day Sreepada & Anagha mata visited her in the form of kids asking donation.

After reading that experience I wondered how great it would be to experience such divine presence physically. I felt strong wish that one day Sreepada & Baba should bless me such that I get to serve them food and they enjoy the meal.

I am married for 6 years, my wife loves Lord Ganesha. She always wanted to celebrate Ganesh  Chaturthi in great manner with proper pooja & food preparation, I was okay with her doing it but I was not keenly involved, this year I read Sreepada Sreevallabha Charithamrutham and I got to know that swamiji is Lord Ganesh as well and Ganesh Chathurthi is Sreepada birthday. So this year I told my wife that we will celebrate it nicely and I will fully be involved. 

Almost a month before the Ganesh Chaturthi I was praying Sai baba & Sree vallabha that they should visit our home on the day of Chaturthi in some form and accept prasad and that we should recognize them. As the days were closing in for Chaturthi I got the blessing to be part of Vayumandala and Chitta Nakshatra parayans (my wife is part of Chitta Nakshatra group). I felt elated, I applied for leave on Ganesh Chathurthi, as I work in Munich Germany as it isn’t an Holiday. 

Me and My wife were wondering if Baba/Sreepada will come, especially because we are in Germany and we moved in only in June 2019 so we hardly know anyone, at least in India we would have anticipated, however we knew nothing is impossible for Baba and he can come in any form. We started off our Ganesh Chaturthi Day at 4 am, finished all parayans and chapter readings by 7 am and started preparing prasadam for the day. 

At about 11 am our door bell rang. I ran to the door, when I opened it, I saw Amazon delivery guy, however he came down to deliver order to my adjacent neighbour, they rang my door bell mistakenly, we were bit disappointed but at the same time excited that at least some sign came through so we might stand a chance. We were busy making prasadam. We made wheat halwa for the first time (luckily it turned out yummy, hope swamy liked it), then around 11:45 my office colleague called me, he asked me if I am at work & said there is a new joiner who needs to be checked in and brought into work location. So he was trying to see if i could help, oh, i said i am on leave. He asked me, why is it your birthday, I said no, it is Ganesha's birthday, so am home celebrating.

Then he said, get me Modak Prasad tomorrow without fail, I said okay. I went back to our preparation. We were kind of looking for some sign of arrival of someone but nothing happened. We finished our prasad offering and had our sumptuous lunch and the day ended just fine. 

Next day I got off at train station and was walking to my work location. At cross road, I hear someone calling my name. I turned left to see the same colleague who called me yesterday. He was walking towards me and waving at me. Usually his way to work and my way to work are parallel lanes which are shortest to reach workplace for each of us. He never comes to my side of the lane as it would be long route for him.

I asked him why is he coming this way & not his usual way, he said it is sunny this side and he wanted to walk in the Sunshine. Believe me, even if I was early/delayed by 15 seconds, I would have crossed him and I would not have been able to hear him. I had carried prasad in a box specially for him, I gave him on the spot. We just felt that it was Baba who accepted our prasad in his form. 

We got reminded of instances from Satcharitra where Baba collects dakshina in the form of Narsing Maharaj at Kala Ram Temple from Haribhau Karnik and from Appasaheb Kulkarni as mentioned in Chapter 33 of Sri Sai Satcharitra. While I write this today which is Thursday, I got Chapter 33 & 34 as part of Mahaparayan allocation today (swamy/baba know what to allocate to each of us ). 

Though I am bit disappointed that I am yet to get the fortune of serving them physically, when I look at Kishore ji and other devotees with whom Swamy interacts directly, I am hopeful, with now being part of Sai Anugraha and Parayan families, my desire would come true someday in this life, am elated & blessed that Baba accepted the prasad in some form this Ganesh Chaturthi.
